Yogi

This is my dog Yogi. I named him after Yogi Bear the cartoon. When I got Yogi as a puppy he looked like a baby polar bear. The only bear's name I knew was Yogi, so I stuck with that.

I got Yogi in Oct 2008 when he was 10 weeks old. I was talked into going to meet him by a co-worker when I saw his owner post a picture of him on craigslist. I did not want another dog. I had lost my dashie of 11 years just 3 months prior and was still completely devastated and heartbroken.

I went to see him and was still very, very unsure I wanted to take him home. But as soon as I saw him I fell in love. He was so cute. We instantly had a bond. He came right into my arms.

For a dog who just turned 2 this year Yogi has traveled quite a bit. He has lived in California, been in AZ, OK, TX, IL, MO, and now lives in Ohio.
