Jesus was God in human flesh. He claimed to be God and the Jews to whom He preached understood that He claimed to be God.

"Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly..."

Jesus Answers: "I and my Father are one."

"Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God." John 10:24-33

Because Jesus is God in human flesh and the only way to heaven, we tell people about Him, sharing the good news of His payment for our sins and resurrection from the dead so that others can trust Jesus.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

How to be a witness
for Jesus Christ and salvation

1. Know for sure that you are saved.
   
   
2. Understand what repentance means in the gospel message.
   
   
3. Be able to explain to someone else how to get saved.
