Are there any scriptures in the Bible which validate the existence of humans or other forms of intelligent life on other planets?

The Milky Way Galaxy
"I had a conversation the other day with a Christian friend about God's creation. He pointed out that God created humans, angels, demons, and the fallen angel Lucifer.
I had told him that I read in Astronomy magazine that space telescopes have detected and observed billions of different galaxies in the universe. And that scientists are discovering new planets outside our solar system everyday. Our own Milky Way galaxy holds some 200 billion stars. My questions:
- Did Jesus give the apostles any clues about life on other planets?
- Does creation's fall affect only earth or the entire physical universe?
- Does the prophet Ezekiel in the Old Testament give the reader a hint regarding other forms of life when he talks about the appearance of the wheels and the description of the living creatures?"
1. Did Jesus give the apostles any clues
about life on other planets?
- Jesus was 'God in the flesh' -John 1:14, 1 Tim 3:16
- "All scripture is given by inspiration of God." -2 Tim 3:15-17
- In the Bible, Jesus is called 'the Word' and "The Word of God" -Proverbs 30:4-5, John 1:1, 14, Revelation 19:13
- Because all scripture is given by inspiration of God and Jesus is God, Jesus is the Ultimate Author of scripture so that, 'what the Bible says, Jesus says.'
The Bible indicates that creatures which were not human, known as fallen angels, DID come down to earth and cohabit with earth women. We are told that when these angels sinned, God
"cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment," -2 Peter 2:4-5.
Scripture does not say that these "sons of God"
came from other planets in our solar system. We are not told specifically where they came but I believe they fell from heaven, Job 1:6, 2:1. These fallen angels are called "the sons of God"
in Genesis 6:1ff.
The offspring of those illicit unions between earth women and fallen angels were giant human beings, Genesis 6:4. The earth became full of violence through the giants, Genesis 6:13, Jude 6, causing God to command Noah to build an ark, Genesis 6:14, which would preserve Noah's family and anyone else who obeyed God, Genesis 7:1, from the coming flood, which God used to cleanse earth of the offspring of the fallen angels and their wickedness, Genesis 7:21-23.
2. Does creation's fall affect only earth
or the entire physical universe?
Adam's sin, Genesis 3:5-8, caused the fall of all humankind, Romans 5:12, AND all creation. Notice what scripture says about the fall and redemption of creation in Romans 8:21-22.
"Because the creature (creation) itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
And not only they (creation), but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body."
It is helpful to remember that Revelation 21:1 tells us there will be a new heaven and a new earth because the heavens are going to:
"pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up." -2 Peter 3:10
These verses teach us that the whole creation, the earth and the entire universe fell when Adam fell and will eventually be replaced with a new heaven and a new earth.
3. What about Ezekiel's wheels "15 Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.
and the living creatures?
16 The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.
17 When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.
18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.
19 And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.
20 Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
21 When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
22 And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.
23 And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.
24 And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of a host: when they stood, they let down their wings.
25 And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings."
Ezekiel 1:15-21 and 10:1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 16,17, 19 tells an interesting story of wheels and four creatures with wings. Probably, Revelation 4:9-10 and 5:14 helps us to interpret Ezekiel's vision.
Technically speaking, the wheels could be called a U.F.O., an unidentified flying object since we are not sure what the wheels are. It may be that the wheels are symbolic and refer to the 24 elders mentioned in the passages from Revelation referenced above.
